This will give us time to book another client into your time slot. If this time is not met, we will reserve the right to charge a 25% cancellation fee. Refunds While all services at Hair Studio By Berenice are non-refundable, we take pride in and stand by our work and appreciate your loyalty. For this reason, if a client is unsatisfied with their service, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge within 7 days of initial service date. The client must contact Hair Studio By Berenice within 48 hours to consult and subsequently schedule a service to adjust or correct any dissatisfaction. Client will only receive a complimentary corrective service if due to error on our behalf, not because client has changed their mind after the service has been performed. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date.
